Mike Foltynski
Partner - Operations
Mike is an operations executive with 25+ years of leadership in design-build, construction, and organizational management. He most recently served as Vice President of Operations for a national design-build firm, overseeing 38 projects across 14 states and leading four director-level divisions. Mike strengthened processes, improved collaboration through an integrated project approach, and guided the company through 440% growth.
Previously, Mike spent more than a decade leading operations at a multi-site church managing a $184M annual budget and delivering over $121M in construction initiatives with measurable savings through an IPD model. Earlier in his career, he led multi-state healthcare operations with top performance in client satisfaction. Mike holds an MBA and advanced leadership certifications and is known for building high-performing teams and driving clear, sustainable results.

Barney Paradise
Partner - Development
Barney is a construction and operations leader with over 30 years of experience as a business owner, owner’s representative, and director for a multi-site church overseeing $121M in construction projects. His work spans commercial, retail, food and beverage, and institutional environments, with expertise in construction planning, space design, consulting, and project management.

He is known for turning strategy into action by building collaborative teams and delivering results through clear communication, practical leadership, and data-informed decision-making. Barney brings a hands-on, consultative approach to each project, helping organizations improve efficiency, reduce costs, and navigate complex initiatives. He applies LEAN principles and Integrated Project Delivery practices to align stakeholders and drive strong outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

Courtney Scheidegger
Partner - Project Management
Courtney is a senior construction leader with 14 years of design and construction experience, including 5 years in integrated firms. With an architecture background, Courtney bridges owners, designers, and contractors to deliver seamless project outcomes. She currently leads a Construction Project Management team within a national design-build firm and consulting firms seeking integration and process improvement to sustain growth.

Her portfolio includes healthcare project management, directing design and construction teams through Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) for multi million, multi-campus church projects, and overseeing maintenance operations across 14 sites using Lean methodology. Courtney excels at building high-performing, collaborative teams focused on fostering trust, creating value, reducing costs, and delivering quality results from project inception through completion.
